Elvington History
I have been trying to trace descendents of some of the families that have been either
born, married, or died in the village.
This has turned out to be larger than I thought it would.
It has been very interesting to say the least.
A lot of the families are in someway connected either by marriage, or by land.
The following is just part of the many families that have lived in the village
