From the estate at Beverley to Richard Bavid Esq son of John Bavid £4000 and a further £3000 on the death of her sister Thomas & Cornelius Bowman £20 each Richard Coulson footman 20 guineas, 2 silver gills, large table in breakfast room, 10 mahogany chairs & mahogany clock.

John Day coachman 200 guineas Jane Scaife ladies maid, my gold watch, my bed and bedding, my mahogany table, and set of drawers, and my clothes except for what my sister Hannah wants Each servant to have a mourning suite.

To my sister Hannah, marble slab, 2 looking glasses, picture over the chimney piece in the dining room, best candlesticks, coffee pot, large silver sauce boat, and gold cup but they may not be sold.
